The Constitutional Council of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka is inviting applications from suitable individuals to be recommended for the prestigious role of Member of the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption. This appointment is being carried out in accordance with Article 41B of the Constitution and Section 8(1) of the Anti-Corruption Act No. 9 of 2023 (as amended) to fill a vacancy scheduled for January 1, 2027.

Qualifications & Fields of Expertise

Applicants must be distinguished experts who possess a minimum of 20 years of experience in one or more of the following professional disciplines:

• Law
• Criminal Investigation and Law Enforcement
• Forensic Auditing
• Forensic Accounting
• Engineering
• International Relations and Diplomatic Services
• Public Affairs Management
• Public Administration
