Position Summary

  • Role: IT Technician

  • Company: Ninehearts Imaging (Pvt) Ltd

Key Activities & Responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance and performance of PC systems and telecommunications platforms.

  • Assist with administration of Azure Entra ID and Office 365.

  • Execute routine patch management activities for operating systems and applications.

  • Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure.

  • Provide first-level technical support for organizational IoT devices.

  • Perform device setup and configuration (CCTV, signature pads, scanners, printers, etc.).

  • Respond to user support requests and escalate complex technical issues when required.

  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support activities, and configurations.

  • Provide general IT support to ensure smooth business operations.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Diploma, certificate, or professional qualification in IT, Networking, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role (internship experience acceptable).

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Azure Entra ID administration.

  • Fundamental understanding of networking concepts.

  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and standard business applications.

  • Willingness to learn and work with patch management and IoT devices.

  • Basic hands-on experience with printers, scanners, or CCTV systems is an advantage.

  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
