IT Junior Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair warranty and post-warranty equipment received at the workshop. Desktop, Monitors, Laptops,

• Identify required spare parts and coordinate timely requests.

• Keep customers informed about repair progress and completion.

• Complete repairs within stipulated timelines while maintaining quality standards.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, spare parts usage, and service activities.

• Ensure the workshop is clean, organized, and safe.

• Knowledge of Windows installation and software troubleshooting.

• Responsible, honest, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong equipment troubleshooting and repair skills.

• Knowledge of spare parts handling and maintenance procedures.

• Basic computer literacy and the ability to prepare technical reports.

• Good communication, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail

• 1 years of experience add Advantage
