• Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple online marketplaces. The role focuses on increasing traffic, improving conversion rates, driving sales growth, and maximizing advertising ROI through data-driven strategies and performance optimization.

Description of Services & Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Google, eBay, or other similar e-commerce and digital channels.

• Take ownership of advertising performance, focusing on ROI, sales growth, and efficiency.

• Analyze campaign data to optimize account structure, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.

• Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA, sales) and proactively identify optimization opportunities.

• Optimize ad creatives, keywords, and product listings to improve traffic quality and conversion rates.

• Support promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and key business initiatives.

• Maintain account health and ensure compliance with platform policies.

• Prepare regular performance reports and insights to support business and marketing decisions.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital advertising (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, eBay Ads, or similar platforms).

• Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce advertising logic.

  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable optimizations.

  • Results-driven mindset with strong ownership and execution ability.

  • Ability to manage campaigns independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing multiple accounts or multiple product lines.

  • Familiarity with international e-commerce markets.

  • Knowledge of conversion optimization and growth strategies.

  • Strong learning ability and willingness to continuously improve.
