Crown Feeds (Pvt) Ltd is looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our team at our Payagala facility.

Available Positions & Requirements

1. Plant Manager

• Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall plant operations, production, maintenance, quality, and manpower management.

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are required.

• Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent).

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a feed mill or similar manufacturing environment.

2. Assistant Plant Manager

• Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day plant operations and production activities.

  • Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

• Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent).

  • 2–5 years' experience in a feed mill or manufacturing industry (experience in feed mill or manufacturing operations will be an advantage).

3. Production Supervisors (04 Vacancies)

• Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily production activities and production staff.

  • Monitor production processes, quality, and production output.

• Requirements:

  • Degree in Agriculture.

  • Good knowledge of poultry feed production will be an added advantage, along with previous experience in a feed mill or manufacturing environment.
