Jaya Farm is a well-established company in the animal farming sector situated in Marawila with several business locations in the North Western Province. We are looking for suitable, dynamic individuals to fill the below positions for our Arachchikattuwa, Marichchikattuwa, and Agunawila Farms.

Position Summary

• Role: Farm Supervisors

• Locations: Arachchikattuwa, Marichchikattuwa, and Agunawila Farms, Sri Lanka

• Employment Type: Full-Time (Male Candidates Only)

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate activities of modern broiler farms.

• Maintain proper farm hygiene and biosecurity standards.

• Manage feed supply (oversee feed inventory and distribute to ensure optimal nutrition for birds).

• Maintain accurate records of flock performance, health, and production.

• Oversee equipment maintenance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possess an HND (Level 4-6) in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, or Advanced Level (Bio Stream).

• Previous experience in poultry farming / farm management.

• Gender: Male candidates only.
