Production Manager / Production Executive

Riococo Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is a leading manufacturer and exporter of coir-based growing media and sustainable coir products, with over 22 years of industry experience. We are looking for talented, energetic, and experienced professionals to join our growing team in the Kurunegala District.

Available Positions, Qualifications & Responsibilities

1. Production Manager / Production Executive

• Experience Required: 3 – 5 years

• Key Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Production Management, or a related field. (Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage).

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities to meet targets and customer requirements.

  • Ensure efficient use of resources, manpower, and equipment.

  • Implement production plans and improve productivity, quality, and safety standards.

  • Work closely with planning, QA, maintenance, and other departments.

2. Quality Assurance Manager / Quality Assurance Executive

• Experience Required: 3 – 5 years

• Key Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Quality Management, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field. (Experience in agriculture/coir-based manufacturing will be an added advantage).

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement quality management systems.

  • Ensure product quality, process control, and compliance with relevant standards.

  • Conduct audits, inspections, and corrective actions.

  • Maintain quality records and documentation.

3. Work Study Executive / Junior Executive

• Experience Required: 2 – 4 years

• Key Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. (Experience in work study / industrial engineering will be an added advantage).

• Key Responsibilities & Criteria:

  • Time study and method study

  • Line balancing

  • SMV development

  • Productivity analysis

  • Manpower planning & allocation

  • Layout optimization and waste reduction

  • Data analysis, Excel, and reporting

General Requirements & Preferences

• Relevant professional qualifications and practical industry experience.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Commitment to productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Candidates residing in the Kurunegala District will be preferred.
