You should ideally:

  • possess GCE O/L qualifications with Credit passes in English and Mathematics

  • possess GCE A/L qualifications with three passes (excluding General English) obtained in one sitting within the first three attempts possess full or part qualifications in AAT, ICASL, CIMA, CIM, IBSL, or ACCA

  • have a minimum of 2-6 years of relevant experience in a banking or financial institution

  • have sound knowledge of credit procedures, lending operations, and loan processing

  • be equipped with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadline

You will be mainly responsible for:

  • managing loan and lease disbursements, approvals, amendments, and restructures

  • ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements

  • authorizing credit facilities and maintaining the accuracy of banking system records

  • providing information and resolving queries relating to credit facilities and customer accounts

  • conducting system testing and supporting process improvements

  • assisting in planning, KPI setting, resource management, and staff development initiatives

  • preparing and processing offer letters for approved credit facilities

  • examining and validating security documents to ensure compliance and proper execution
