TECHNICIAN/SENIOR TECHNICIAN

You should ideally:

• have a minimum of 10 years of hands‑on experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or technical services

• possess NVQ Level 4 or above in Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline

• have strong practical knowledge in HVAC, electrical systems, generators, UPS, and ELV systems

• be able to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals

be willing to attend emergency breakdowns and work on a shift or on‑call basis when required

You will be mainly responsible for:

• carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of essential building systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, generators, UPS, ELV, and plumbing

• diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults with minimal downtime

• conducting routine inspections and testing of equipment to ensure compliance with required safety and operational standards

• supporting installation, commissioning, and supervising contractors for new projects and refurbishments

• maintaining accurate technical documentation, maintenance logs, and asset records

• coordinating with vendors and service providers, evaluating technical solutions, and ensuring high-quality work output
