Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Officer in the agriculture sector, your duties will include:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with company stakeholders and customers.

• Analysing customer feedback to assess satisfaction with products and services.

• Providing insights on product development and competitive positioning.

• Analysing financial data to develop cost-effective strategies that enhance profitability.

• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.

• Collaborating with company executives to determine viable business strategies.

• Meeting with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate deals.

• Organising and coordinating marketing campaigns.

Candidate Profile & Skills (Who We Are Looking For)

• Education: G.C.E. A/L qualification or a Diploma in Agriculture (an added advantage).

• Experience: No prior experience is required—school leavers are encouraged to apply.

• Travel: Willingness to travel for field-based assignments.

• Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong communication skills.
