The Plantation Human Development Trust (PHDT), established in 1992, is a trusted organization committed to enhancing the quality of life for the Plantation Community through sustainable development programs. They are currently seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Engineering Assistant (EA) to join their regional operations in Nuwaraeliya.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

Applicants must meet the following educational and professional criteria:

• Hold an NDT, NDES, or HNDE in Civil Engineering combined with more than 02 years of work experience.
• OR hold an NCT (Civil) / NCIT (Civil) combined with more than 07 years of work experience.
• Demonstrated experience handling medium-scale housing, rural water supply, community infrastructure, and related development projects.
• Practical experience in community mobilization, as well as community-based project development and implementation.
• Working knowledge of tender procedures and contract administration.
• Age: Candidates should preferably be below 45 years of age.
