Requirements:

• Previous experience in Front Office operations.

• Experience in a supervisory or team-leading role will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of Opera PMS will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Ability to work flexible shifts.
