Pradeshiya Sanwardana Bank (RDB), as the premier state-owned development bank in Sri Lanka with a network of 271 branches islandwide, invites applications from dynamic and result-oriented individuals with relevant qualifications and experience for the post of Head of Leasing.
Position Summary
Role: Head of Leasing
Grade: Assistant General Manager Grade Position (KMP) / Assistant General Manager (Special Grade IV upon confirmation)

Location: Wedamulla, Kelaniya, Sri Lanka
Employment Type: Permanent (upon successful completion of a 1-year probation period)
Key Responsibilities
Providing strategic leadership for the development and expansion of the leasing business.
Enhancing the achievement of leasing disbursement, portfolio growth, income generation, and profitability targets.
Strengthening the monitoring of portfolio quality, overdue facilities, recoveries, and credit risk.
Improving operational efficiency, customer service, and the implementation of leasing-related policies and procedures.
Establishing clear accountability for the performance of the leasing function and ensuring effective coordination with relevant divisions and the branch network.
Strengthening performance monitoring, management reporting, and the implementation of corrective measures.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Education: A degree from a recognized university OR a professional qualification in banking or any other relevant field.
Experience: 02 years of experience at a Senior Managerial level in a Bank (Experience in the leasing business in a bank or recognized financial institution is preferred).
Age Limit: Below 57 years (Age limit is not applicable for internal (PSB) candidates).
