  • Roles: Executive / Junior Executive / Customer Relations Officer (CRO) – Fixed Deposits

  • Location / Branches: Colombo District (Vacancies available at Mount Lavinia, Dehiwala, Wellawatte City, Mattakkuliya, Dam Street, Sea Street, Nugegoda, Maradana, and Head Office)

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

  • G.C.E. (A/L) Qualification; pursuing higher education is an added advantage.

  • Previous experience in the banking or financial industry would be an added advantage.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Fluency in English and Sinhala languages.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and courteous attitude.

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer literacy.
