Telecom Project Engineers

Luminex PLC is an ISO 9001:2015 certified Public Listed Company engaged in Civil, Electrical, and Telecommunication Engineering projects in Sri Lanka for well over four decades. We are seeking highly motivated and energetic Telecom Engineers with B.Sc. or equivalent qualifications for our Kurunegala & Maharagama regional offices, which are mainly engaged in telecom-related projects in the assigned areas.

Position Summary

• Role: Telecom Project Engineers

• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Maintain a satisfactory level of understanding of telecommunication projects.

• Handle planning, design, implementation, monitoring, documentation, and customer negotiation for assigned projects.

• Track project progress and drive teams towards desired targets and KPIs.

• Address clients' expectations and maintain strong professional relationships.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• B.Sc. (Eng) in Electrical / Telecommunication or an equivalent qualification.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the telecommunication industry.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
