Position Summary

• Role: Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities & Job Profile

• Perform site acceptance checks, site surveys, site commissioning, rectifications, workload verification, and document management.

• Track the progress of telecommunication equipment installations.

• Handle process management, monitor quality and safety compliance, and handle/escalate site problems.

• Plan, monitor, verify the arrival of materials on site, and track material usage.

• Drive end-to-end project delivery from site survey, installation, and commissioning to acceptance.

• Resolve day-to-day technical issues efficiently and effectively through strong communication.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Possession of a Degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), NDT, or NDES in Telecommunication or Electronics Engineering.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.

• Prior experience in TSSR reviewing, cutover/swap installation, and commissioning of telecommunication equipment.

• Hands-on experience working on Huawei, ZTE, or Ericsson projects.

Core Competencies & Skills

• Ability to work effectively in field conditions and under pressure.
