Key Responsibilities & Role Overview

• Responsible for planning, designing, and optimizing Microwave, Fiber Optic, and IP transmission networks to support network expansion and service requirements.

• Analyze network traffic, capacity utilization, and performance KPIs to forecast future capacity demands.

• Identify optimization opportunities and develop cost-effective network expansion solutions.

• Support network performance analysis, technical audits, and troubleshooting.

• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure reliable network performance and timely project delivery.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.

Core Technical Competencies & Skills

• Good understanding of Microwave, Fiber Optic, and IP networking fundamentals.

• Knowledge of transmission network planning, capacity management, and performance monitoring will be an added advantage.

• Proficiency in GIS tools, familiarity with data analysis, reporting, or visualization tools will be advantageous.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new technologies.
