Team Lead - IFS ERP

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of ERP/Technical Engineers.

• Oversee the configuration, enhancement, maintenance, and support of IFS ERP solutions.

• Provide expert technical direction on ERP configurations, system updates, integrations, and feature enhancements.

• Analyse business requirements and work closely with stakeholders to translate them into effective technical and ERP solutions.

• Plan and oversee ERP changes, upgrades, and enhancements while minimizing business disruption.

• Monitor system issues, risks, and incidents to ensure timely resolution.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and users to understand requirements and optimize ERP processes.

• Support user/customer engagements, presentations, and discussions relating to ERP solutions.

• Establish and maintain effective change management and implementation practices.

• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, proactively recommending scalable solutions.

• Promote knowledge sharing, comprehensive documentation, and continuous learning within the ERP team.

• Ensure strict adherence to established technical, operational, and security standards.

• Stay updated on IFS product developments, new functionalities, and relevant technology trends.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business IT, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably with IFS.

Core Technical & Soft Skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of IFS ERP / IFS Cloud and ERP configuration.

• Proven track record in ERP implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and support.

• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and working closely with business users.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop robust solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
