IT Support (Male)

The Richard Pieris Tyre Sector (Arpico Tyres) is the pioneer and market leader of tyre retreading in Sri Lanka, equipped with complete facilities for the tyre retreading value chain and operating the largest distribution network in the country. We are looking for a young, dynamic, and confident professional to join our team as an Executive - IT Support (Male).

Position Summary

• Role: Executive - IT Support (Male)

• Location: Nawinna, Maharagama, Sri Lanka

• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Implement and maintain IT systems, servers, and infrastructure.

• Provide end-user technical support and troubleshoot IT issues promptly.

• Coordinate with internal staff, factory personnel, and external suppliers to deliver on-time IT solutions.

• Assist in system implementations across the company.

• Monitor and maintain various systems, the company intranet, and all email accounts.

Qualifications & Candidate Profile

Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in IT from a recognized university or institution.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and industry.

Core Competencies & Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, software, network issues, and maintaining tools.

• Proficiency in Windows systems administration.

• Competence in Microsoft Office and other general software applications.

• Excellent team working and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.

• Age Requirement: Below 30 years of age.

• Preference: Candidates residing in and around the Colombo area.
