Salary & Compensation

• Salary Scale (JM 1-2): Rs. [74,010 - 10 x 1,360 - 18 x 2,040 - 124,330] as per MSD Circular 01/2025.

• Initial Salary (as of 01.01.2027): Rs. 74,010/- per month.

• Additional Benefits: Cost of Living Allowance, KPI Incentive, medical benefits, and other approved institutional allowances.

Eligibility & Qualifications

1. Junior Manager (Marketing) JM 1-2 (Grade II)

• External Candidates:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Commerce, or a relevant field recognized by the U.G.C. OR

  • Successful completion of the Intermediate Examination of a recognized Professional Chartered Institute in a relevant subject area.

• Internal Candidates:

  • Qualifications required for external candidates, OR a minimum of 5 years of satisfactory service in a "Management Assistant - Non Technological" (MA1) Grade II post in a relevant subject area.

2. Junior Manager (IT) JM 1-2 (Grade II)

• External Candidates:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant field recognized by the U.G.C. OR

  • NVQ Level 7 Certificate of Proficiency in a relevant field issued by a TVEC-accepted training institute. OR

  • NVQ Level 6 Certificate of Proficiency plus at least 5 years of post-qualifying experience in a corporation, board, or reputed statutory institution. OR

  • NVQ Level 5 Certificate of Proficiency plus at least 10 years of post-qualifying experience in a corporation, board, or reputed statutory institution.

• Age Limit: Between 22 years and 45 years (Upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates).
