Job Vacancies: Kundasale Haragama Water Supply Project – NWSDB

• Organization: National Water Supply and Drainage Board (Ministry of Housing, Construction and Water Supply).
• Project: Kundasale Haragama Water Supply Project.
• Employment Basis: Project Contract Basis (initially 1 year, renewable annually based on performance under MSD Circulars).

• Engineer – Civil (02 Posts):
• Salary: LKR 180,000/= + Cost of Living (COL) Allowance (Salary Code: D in MSD Circular 02/2026).
• Qualifications: UGC/IESL-approved 4-year B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering + Associate Membership or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized professional body.
• Engineer – Mechanical (01 Post):
• Salary: LKR 180,000/= + Cost of Living (COL) Allowance (Salary Code: D in MSD Circular 02/2026).
• Qualifications: UGC/IESL-approved 4-year B.Sc. Degree in Mechanical Engineering + Associate Membership or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized professional body.
• Engineer – Electrical (01 Post):
• Salary: LKR 180,000/= + Cost of Living (COL) Allowance (Salary Code: D in MSD Circular 02/2026).
• Qualifications: UGC/IESL-approved 4-year B.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering + Associate Membership or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized professional body.
• Engineering Assistant – Civil (02 Posts):
• Salary: LKR 110,000/= + Cost of Living (COL) Allowance (Salary Code: F in MSD Circular 02/2026).
• Qualifications (Option 1, 2, or 3):
• Degree in the relevant field recognized by UGC, OR NVQ Level 7 certificate in Civil Engineering.
• NVQ Level 6 certificate in Civil Engineering + at least 3 years of relevant specialized experience.
• NVQ Level 5 certificate in Civil Engineering + at least 6 years of relevant specialized experience.
