Position Summary & Roles

• Job Focus: To canvass Leasing, Home, and Personal Loans

• Company: Commercial Bank of Ceylon

• Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract

Available Tiers:

1. Retail Sales Associate: Prior experience in sales will be an added advantage.

2. Senior Retail Sales Associate: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales in the finance industry.

3. Retail Sales Executive: Minimum 4 years of experience in sales in the finance industry.

Who We're Looking For (Candidate Requirements)

• Outgoing personalities with a genuine passion for sales.

• G.C.E. (O/L) qualified with passes in English & Mathematics.

• Fluency in Sinhala or Tamil with working proficiency in English.

• Willingness to complete mandatory training in Colombo.
