Job Profile & Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective customers through strategic field visits and targeted marketing campaigns.

• Product Promotion: Promote leasing services using strong, value-driven propositions.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term business relationships to secure repeat sales and foster client retention.

• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual performance targets.

• Reporting: Provide timely reports and updates to the sales management team.

Applicant's Profile & Qualifications

1. Age Requirement

• Age between 20 and 27 years.

2. Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in leasing, sales, or marketing.

• Prior experience in the banking or Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) sector will be considered a distinct advantage.

3. Educational & Professional Qualifications

• Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) with credit passes in English and Mathematics.

• Full or part qualifications in SLIM, CIM, or Banking will be an added advantage.

4. Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Sound understanding of marketing and sales strategies.

• Fluency in Sinhala or Tamil (written and spoken) with a good proficiency in English.

• Outgoing personality backed by a strong passion for sales.
