Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily salon operations.

• Drive sales performance & achieve monthly targets.

• Manage, train & motivate salon staff.

• Ensure excellent customer experience.

• Handle stock control, displays & reporting.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in salon management.

• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership & team handling skills.

• Mindset: Sales-driven mindset with proven results.

• Core Competencies: Good communication & problem-solving ability.

• Age Requirement: Below 40 years.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: LKR 175,000 – 300,000/-
