Applications are invited from qualified candidates who are permanent residents within the Kandy District for the post of Assistant General Manager (Finance) – Grade III at the Harispattuwa South Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society.

• Salary Scale: Rs. 39,200 - 635 x 10 - 955 x 10 - 1,270 x 10 = Rs. 67,800/- per month

• Age Limit: 18 – 45 years

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants must fulfill any one (01) of the following qualification criteria:

1. Experience Criteria (A):

   • 4 years of permanent service experience as an Internal Auditor; OR 5 years of permanent service experience as a Rural Bank Internal Auditor; OR 6 years of permanent service experience as a Bookkeeper; OR 6 years of permanent service experience as a Rural Bank Manager.

2. Diploma & Experience Criteria (B):

   • Pass in a diploma of not less than 9 months duration in Accounting / Banking & Financial Management from a recognized institution, along with 2 years of permanent service experience as an Internal Auditor / 3 years as a Rural Bank Internal Auditor / 3 years as a Manager (Projects) / 3 years as a Rural Bank Manager / 6 years of service experience as an Accounting Assistant I.

3. Degree Criteria (C):

   • A degree in Accounting / Commerce / Management from a recognized university / institution; OR completion of a 2 1/2 year course relevant to Accounting / Business Administration from an Advanced Technical Institute.

4. Professional Examination Criteria (D):

   • Pass in Chartered Level I of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka); OR A.A.T. Level III of the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka.

2. Duly complete the application and attach certified copies of your Birth Certificate, educational certificates, service experience certificates, Grama Niladhari certificate, character certificate, and National Identity Card (NIC).
