SENIOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGER- CORPORATE BANKING DEPARTMENT

• possess a degree from a recognized university or a full professional qualification in Accounting or Banking

• possess a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) as an added advantage

• have experience in banking, including commercial banking and project lending

• have 8-10 years of post-qualifying executive experience in corporate/commercial banking

• be knowledgeable in analyzing financial statements and diverse industries

• be capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships, with effective negotiation, marketing, and teamwork skill

You will be mainly responsible for:

• managing and strengthening relationships with corporate clients while providing tailored financial solutions

• generating new business opportunities and driving portfolio growth through client acquisition and cross-selling

• evaluating and recommending credit facilities, loans, and other banking products based on client needs and risk assessments

• implementing, monitoring, and following up on banking facilities to ensure compliance and timely disbursement

• maintaining portfolio quality by monitoring repayments, managing credit risks, and minimizing non-performing assets

• managing stressed portfolios and applying effective risk management practices, with experience in these areas considered a distinct advantage
