Key Responsibilities

• Assist departmental academic staff with laboratory sessions, practical demonstrations, and student guidance within the Department of Psychology & Counselling.

• Support multidisciplinary team activities and contribute to academic tasks efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

• Educational Qualification: Special/Honours Degree in Psychology with a minimum Second Class (Upper) division or equivalent GPA.

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to work proficiently in the English language.

  • Solid computer literacy.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work cooperatively within a multidisciplinary team.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Salary Scale: Monthly salary of Rs. 68,145 + Cost of Living + Monthly Allowance (including University Provident Fund - UPF).
