💼 Job Responsibilities & Requirements

✅ Provide Level 1 IT support and technical troubleshooting.

✅ Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, and network-related issues.

✅ Assist users with technical problems and ensure smooth IT operations.

✅ Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.

✅ Be willing to work according to a roster-based schedule.

✅ Grooming Requirement: Must be completely clean-shaven during working hours. Beards are not permitted.

🕒 Working Hours

⏰ Duty hours between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

📅 Roster-based working schedule.

💰 Salary & Benefits

💵 Starting Salary: LKR 70,000 per month

🍽️ Food provided.

📈 Salary increments or adjustments will be considered after 6 months of service, based on individual performance.
