Key Responsibilities

• Support health and safety training programmes and awareness campaigns.

• Help inspect factory equipment and ensure regular maintenance is carried out.

• Support the implementation of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), ergonomics and social compliance projects.

• Maintain and organize health, safety, environmental and social compliance documents.

• Assist in monitoring changes in relevant laws and safety regulations.

• Support workplace safety inspections and report potential hazards.

• Assist the Committee with meetings, documentation and follow-up activities.

• Help ensure compliance with factory health, safety and environmental standards.

   

Knowledge and Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of workplace health, safety and environmental practices.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
