Pharmacare (Pvt) Ltd – Science That Cares – is expanding its team and looking for a dynamic professional to join our innovative dermatology portfolio, promoting advanced skincare solutions to Dermatologists, GPs, Aesthetic Physicians, and Aestheticians across Colombo.

Position Summary

  • Role: Senior Medical Representative (Dermatology Division)

  • Company: Pharmacare (Pvt) Ltd

  • Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka

  • Responsibilities: Includes team supervisory responsibilities

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote the SKiN23 Dermatology portfolio to healthcare professionals.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with dermatologists, GPs, and aesthetic clinics.

  • Supervise and monitor Medical Representatives within the Colombo territory.

  • Conduct joint field visits, provide training, and guidance to the team.

  • Monitor DCRs, field activities, and sales performance.

  • Achieve individual and territory-wide sales targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration.

  • Report team performance and market developments to management.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in dermatology product promotion.

  • Experience working with Dermatologists, GPs, Aesthetic Physicians, and Aestheticians.

  • Good knowledge of dermatological products, skincare ingredients, and cosmeceuticals.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

  • Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide a team.

  • Good knowledge of the Colombo territory.

  • Valid driving / riding licence.
