Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Executive in Commercial and Marketing, your core duties will involve coordinating shipments, managing commercial documentation, tracking customer accounts, and supporting overall business growth:

• Costing & Documentation: Prepare accurate pre-costing sheets for all shipments, process invoices, credit notes, and maintain rigorous updates of commercial documents.

• Shipment & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate daily shipment planning seamlessly with factory operations, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders.

• Financial & Receivables Tracking: Monitor and follow up on customer outstanding payments to support timely collections and healthy cash flows.

• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure the timely preparation and absolute accuracy of import/export documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Business Development Support: Assist with marketing initiatives, commercial analyses, and process improvement projects to boost operational efficiency.
