The National Water Supply & Drainage Board (NWSDB), operating under the Ministry of Housing, Constructions & Water Supply, is the leading semi-government organization responsible for providing water supply and sewerage facilities across Sri Lanka. We currently serve over 3 million service connections through domestic and commercial categories.
Position Summary
Role: Investigation Officer
Engagement Basis: Assignment Basis
Organization: National Water Supply & Drainage Board (NWSDB)
Location: Head Office, Galle Road, Ratmalana, Sri Lanka

Qualifications & Experience
More than 08 years of experience in handling department preliminary investigations, disciplinary inquiries, and related functions such as criminal investigations, court cases, and labor disputes in a public sector organization or government department.
(Preference will be given to retired officers in an executive/senior level or supervisory position in state corporations or government sector organizations.)
Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
Remuneration & Payment Structure (Assignment Basis)
Recording Evidence: Rs. 3,500.00
Interim Report: Rs. 5,000.00
Final Report: Rs. 10,000.00
Additional Benefits: Entitled to government-approved subsistence allowances and transport facilities when attending preliminary investigations conducted outside the Head Office premises.
Selection Criteria
Selection will be based on an Interview.
