Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager in the Card Centre Product Management team, your core duties will include:

• Portfolio Growth & Revenue: Maximize overall portfolio growth and revenue by increasing credit card advances, credit line utilization, net fee income, and interest yield.

• Targeted Growth Initiatives: Execute strategic growth campaigns, including cross-border travel campaigns, CASA-linked debit card spend, and segmented Below-The-Line (BTL) promotions targeting dormant, low-active, and high-value cardholders.

• Digital Adoption: Accelerate digital banking and payment adoption by promoting Google Pay mobile wallet enrollment, contactless payments, and regional JCB/LankaPay network usage.

• Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain full compliance with Central Bank regulations, card scheme rules (Visa, Mastercard, LankaPay, JCB), AML/KYC guidelines, internal SOPs, and audit requirements.

Candidate Profile (Who We Are Looking For)

To be eligible for this card centre management role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Banking Operations, Card Operations, or the Fintech Industry.

• Specialized Experience: At least 3 years of direct, hands-on experience in card product management, card scheme integrations (LankaPay), or digital wallets / contactless payment implementations (Google Pay).

• Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Information Technology, or a recognized equivalent qualification.
