Job Vacancy: Junior Executive (Experienced Bankers) – Sampath Bank

Educational Qualifications (Any of the following routes)

• G.C.E. O/L & A/L:
• O/L: Minimum 5 Credit (C) passes including Mathematics in the first sitting, with a Credit (C) pass in English in the first or a subsequent sitting.
• A/L: Minimum 3 Simple Passes (S) in one sitting (excluding General English).
• Edexcel / Cambridge: A/L and O/L with equivalent results.
• Degree Route: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or institute.
• IBSL Qualifications:
• Diploma in Applied Banking & Finance (DABF – Old Syllabus), OR
• Higher Diploma in Banking & Finance (HDBF – New Syllabus).

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ banking experience at a Licensed Commercial Bank (preferably in branch banking; internships and fixed-term contracts excluded), OR
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a permanent employee at a Licensed Financial Company.

Skills & Competencies

• IT literacy.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
