1. Management Assistant - Technical (MA-2-1-2025)

Educational Qualifications (External Candidates):

• Must have passed the G.C.E. O/L Examination in 6 subjects at one sitting.
• Must have obtained Credit (C) passes for 4 subjects including Sinhala/Tamil, English, and Mathematics.
• Must have passed all subjects in the G.C.E. A/L Examination in the Science stream (excluding the General Test) and reached the required standard to follow a tertiary education course.

Technical Proficiency:

• Successfully completed a technical course not below National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 5, as prescribed by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission.

Salary Scale:

• Starting from 2025.04.01, placed on the MA 2-1 - 2025 Grade III scale: Rs. 50,540 - 10x540 - 7x630 - 4x890 - 20x1190 = 87,710.
• The basic starting step according to circular 01/2025 is Rs. 46,960/-.
• Government-approved allowances will be paid in addition to this.

2. Fitter (PL-2) & 3. Boilerman (PL-2)

Educational Qualifications (External Candidates):

• Must have passed at least 2 subjects at the G.C.E. O/L Examination.

Technical Proficiency:

• Must possess an NVQ Level 2 or 3 certificate relevant to the respective post, as determined by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission.
• Must have no less than 2 years of training or practical experience relevant to the position.

Salary Scale (For both Fitter and Boilerman):

• Starting from 2025.04.01, placed on the PL 2 - 2025 Grade III scale: Rs. 42,300 - 10x490 - 10x540 - 10x590 - 12x630 = 66,000.
• The basic starting step according to circular 01/2025 is Rs. 40,008/-.
• Government-approved allowances will be paid in addition to this.

General Conditions & Requirements for All Applicants

• Nationality: Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
• Fitness: Must be physically and mentally fit to perform the duties entrusted to the post.
• Character: Must possess an excellent moral character.
• Age Limit: Must be not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years of age.
• Working Hours: Night shifts will be operational for these roles.
• Statutory Benefits: Employees will contribute 10% to the EPF, while the company contributes 15% to the EPF. Sri Lanka Thriposha Limited will contribute 3% to the ETF.
