• Age: Between 22 and 45 years.
• Education: GCE (A/L) in three passes and GCE (O/L) with six subjects in one sitting (including 4 credits in Sinhala or Tamil, English, and Mathematics).
• Professional Qualification: A recognized one-year Diploma Course or National Certificate in Secretarial Practice.
• Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years of secretarial experience in a Corporation, Board, or reputed mercantile establishment (at least one year must be after obtaining the diploma).
• Technical Skills:
  • Word processing speed: 65 WPM for English and 50 WPM for Sinhala, plus computer presentation skills.
  • Shorthand speed: 80 WPM for English and 70 WPM for Sinhala.
• Language: Sound communication skills in English and Sinhala (a working knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage). Selection Process: Candidates will be selected through a Written Competitive Examination and/or a Structured Interview. How to Apply:
