Academic Coordinator

The Open University of Sri Lanka invites suitably qualified persons to attend a walk-in interview for the position of Academic Coordinator (On Contract) in the Department of Pharmacy, Faculty of Health Sciences, located at Nawala.

Position Summary

• Role: Academic Coordinator

• Department: Department of Pharmacy, Faculty of Health Sciences

• Engagement Type: On Contract (Initially for 6 months, extendable up to 4 years based on performance)

• Remuneration: Fixed monthly salary of Rs. 50,000/= (inclusive of Cost of Living allowance), plus entitlements to EPF and ETF.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree in Science Special in Pharmacy from a recognized university, or equivalent professional qualifications, with one year of experience in the relevant field;

  • OR Corporate membership of a recognized professional institution with five years' experience in the field of Pharmacy.

• Core Competencies: Proficiency in English and computer literacy.

• Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
