Taprobane Seafoods Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an HR Executive at our Puttalam location.

Position Summary

Job Responsibilities Include

• Recruitment, selection, and employee onboarding.

• HRIS management and payroll processing.

• Attendance, leave, and employee records management.

• EPF, ETF, and statutory compliance.

• Employee welfare and grievance handling.

• Labor law compliance and HR policy implementation.

• Employee relations and disciplinary procedures.

• HR reporting and data management.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Education: Degree or professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.

• Technical Skills: Experience in HRIS and payroll processing, along with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Knowledge: Sound knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements.

• Soft Skills: Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
