Key Responsibilities & Job Duties
- Continuously monitor live video feeds across multiple installations and locations.
- Promptly detect, assess, and report suspicious activities, potential security breaches, and safety threats.
- Maintain accurate daily activity log sheets documenting observations, critical incidents, and actions taken.
- Coordinate effectively with field security officers and emergency services during incidents or crises.
- Operate CCTV monitoring equipment and perform basic routine troubleshooting.
- Review and analyze recorded surveillance footage for investigations when required.
- Strictly uphold company policies, security operating procedures, and data protection/privacy compliance requirements.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professional conduct at all times.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of three (03) years of proven work experience in surveillance monitoring with a good performance track record.
- Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of CCTV hardware, surveillance systems, and surveillance technologies.
- Core Skills: Strong observational, analytical, and monitoring skills.
- Operational Independence: Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team setup.
- Communication: Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- IT Literacy: Basic computer literacy, including report drafting and operating software-based monitoring tools.
- Shift Readiness: Willingness and capability to work on a 24-hour rotating shift schedule.
