Insurance Agent

Identify and approach potential clients to promote insurance products and services.

• Explain different insurance policies, benefits, terms and conditions to prospective customers.

• Assess customers' insurance needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Generate new business opportunities through personal contacts, referrals and networking.

• Assist customers with completing insurance applications and required documentation.

• Follow up with clients regarding policy renewals, payments and customer inquiries.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards business growth.

• Maintain professional customer service and confidentiality at all times.

Requirements

• GCE Ordinary Level or above.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build relationships and interact confidently with people.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented and enthusiastic.

• Previous experience in sales, marketing or customer service will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer literacy.

• Willingness to learn about insurance products and services.
