• Role: Security Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and protocols.

• Manage and supervise security personnel.

• Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend security improvements.

• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems and equipment.

• Respond promptly to security breaches and emergencies, providing effective solutions.

Candidate Skills & Knowledge Profile

• Experience: Proven experience in security management roles. (Recently retired Major or Captain of the Army are encouraged to apply).

• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, risk management practices, and security-related equipment such as access control systems and CCTV surveillance systems.

• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, team management, handling high-pressure situations, quick decision-making, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Legal Familiarity: Familiar with relevant laws and regulations related to security.

• Age Limit: Should be less than 40 years of age.
