Qualifications & Requirements

External Candidates:

  • A degree recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) in Management, Human Resource Management (HRM), or Public Administration.

Internal Candidates (Option 1 or 2):

  • Fulfilling the qualifications required for external applicants stated above.
  • OR having completed at least five (05) years of satisfactory service in a post related to Human Resource Development/Administration in Grade II of the Management Assistant – Non-Technical (MA 1-2) service category.

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: Rs. 72,650 – 122,970 (JM 1-1- 2025)
  • Cost of Living Allowance: Government-approved cost of living allowance and other applicable statutory allowances will be paid according to official circulars.
  • EPF & ETF:
  • The Corporation contributes 15% to the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF), while 10% is deducted from the basic salary.
  • The Corporation contributes an additional 3% to the Employees' Trust Fund (ETF).

General Conditions

  • Age Limit: Must be between 22 and 45 years of age on the closing date of applications (Upper age limit does not apply to internal applicants).
  • Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
  • Health & Character: Applicants must possess excellent character and be physically and mentally fit to perform duties in any part of the island.
  • Public Sector Candidates: Applicants presently working in Government Departments, State Corporations, or Statutory Boards must forward their applications through their respective Heads of Institutions.
