Intern (Human Resources)

the International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking an Intern (HR) to join their team in Colombo. This 6-month contract role, which carries the possibility of an extension up to 9 months, provides a monthly salary of LKR 50,000.  

​The intern will support the Human Resource Unit by digitizing and archiving personnel files, providing general administrative assistance, and designing HR communication materials like newsletters and infographics. Qualified applicants should be graduates or final-year undergraduates in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline. Fluency in English and either Sinhalese or Tamil is required. All applications must be submitted before the closing date on October 6th, 2026.
