We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Associate to join our team in Sri Lanka and support a project we manage for a UK-based music publishing company.

The company is a UK-based music publishing company specialising in royalty collection and the management of media rights on behalf of rights holders. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the music publishing and media rights industry while working with an international team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain client data across internal and external systems.

  • Conduct web-based data research for new leads.

  • Analyse client data and prepare accurate, insightful reports to share with clients.

  • Complete miscellaneous ad-hoc tasks associated with various metadata.

  • Conduct various data-tracking activities across the web and our internal tracking platforms.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

  • GCE A/Ls or GCE O/Ls with a certificate or diploma level qualification.

  • Ability to work in Google Sheets and Docs with a good understanding of internet researching.

  • Good communication skills in English (Verbal / Written).

  • Excellent analytical skills.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality work.
