We are looking for a dynamic, performance-driven individual to take on the role of Manager – Quality Assurance at our coconut processing facility.
Position Summary
Role: Manager – Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function across all production lines.
Ensure compliance with international food safety standards and certification requirements.
Conduct internal audits, inspections, and implement corrective actions.
Supervise QA staff and build a culture of continuous improvement in food safety and quality.
Support product development with quality validation and compliance checks.
Oversee incident reporting, risk assessments, and regulatory documentation.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in food manufacturing or coconut processing QA.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory frameworks.
Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with ISO, BRCGS, Kosher, USDA Organic compliance is highly desirable.
Strong people skills to guide the team in embracing a quality-focused culture.
