Position Summary

• Role: Branch Executive – Kalutara

• Company: PickMe (Digital Mobility Solutions Lanka PLC)

• Location: Kalutara, Sri Lanka

• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the district development plan by enhancing supply and demand.

• Maintain a pleasing personality, a positive attitude towards work, and a strong flair for public relations.

• Provide excellent service to driver partners by offering proper solutions to their daily issues and concerns.

• Be result-oriented and committed to completing tasks on time.

• Work as an active team member and support achieving district targets and goals.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma in management, marketing, or a related professional qualification.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in customer handling.

• Core Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer support skills.

• Competencies: Self-motivated with initiative and the ability to work independently.

• Location Preference: Candidates in and around the area are encouraged to apply.
