Associate Adviser

Position Summary

• Role: Associate Adviser

Key Responsibilities

• Handle non-advice related queries and correspondence from clients via phone calls and emails.

• Provide full administrative support and assistance to the designated Financial Adviser.

• Coordinate and prepare required documentation for new and existing clients.

• Preparation of client reports and statements as required.

• Prepare and analyze research for current and recommended products.

• Prepare quotes for insurance recommendations.

• Ensure necessary documents are uploaded to the relevant platforms following confirmations from the client and adviser.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Degree or HND in Management, Finance, or a similar field.

• Language Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English.

• Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Word/Excel is mandatory; Zoho experience would be an added advantage.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar field is a mandatory requirement. Experience in finance, audit, or BPO-related roles would be an added advantage.
