Applications are invited from qualified citizens of Sri Lanka for the following executive-level positions at the Coconut Cultivation Board.

Available Positions, Salaries & Requirements

1. Assistant General Manager (Finance) – Grade II (Management Service - MM 1-3)

  • Workplace: Head Office (01 Vacancy)

  • Salary Scale: MM 1-3 (Rs. 96,650/- [2,480 x 10] [3,450 x 15] - Rs. 173,200/-)

  • Age Limit: 22 to 45 years (Upper age limit does not apply to internal candidates)

  • External Qualifications:

    • A special degree in Accounting or Commerce recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) along with 3 years of relevant experience in a managerial level.

2. Internal Auditor – Grade II (Management Service - MM 1-1)

  • Workplace: Head Office (01 Vacancy)

  • Salary Scale: MM 1-1 (Rs. 69,169/- [2,480 x 10] [3,450 x 15] - Rs. 168,240/-)

  • Age Limit: 22 to 45 years (Upper age limit not applicable to internal candidates)

  • External Qualifications:

    • A degree in Accounting, Business Management, Public Administration, Management, Commerce, or Business Management with a Financial Control subject; OR passing the Intermediate Examination of a recognized professional chartered accountancy body (CIMA, ACCA, ICASL, etc.); OR passing an Advanced Technical Diploma course in Accounting; AND

    • Minimum of 3 years of post-qualifying service experience in the relevant field after obtaining the degree/professional qualification.

Additional Benefits

  • Cost of living allowance of Rs. 17,800/- plus other government-approved allowances apply to both posts.

Selection Procedure

  • Selection is based on a written competitive examination and/or a structured interview conducted by a board appointed by the appointing authority.
