Finance Manager

Bluefort (Pvt) Ltd (Colombo Design House (Pvt) Ltd), a 100% shirts manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Finance Manager to join a professional team committed to productivity, operational excellence, financial discipline, and continuous improvement.

Position Summary

• Role: Finance Manager

• Location: New Kandy Road, Malabe, Sri Lanka

• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities & Duties

1. Oversee daily financial operations, accounting, and financial reporting.

2. Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

3. Monitor manufacturing costs, profitability, and cash flow.

4. Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to management.

5. Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

6. Manage taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.

7. Strengthen internal controls and financial risk management.

8. Coordinate with HR, Production, and Merchandising on cost management.

9. Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive financial efficiency.

Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualification preferred.

• Experience: 5–8 years in finance/accounting, preferably in apparel manufacturing.

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, costing, and cash flow management.

  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.

  • Good understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and internal controls.

  • Ability to work closely with senior management and support strategic decisions.

  • Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
