💼 EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

• Type: Full-Time

📝 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design & Engineer: Develop SLDs, conduct energy yield assessments, and design commercial/utility-scale Solar PV and hybrid systems.

• ​Grid Integration: Spearhead utility interconnection, testing, and approvals with CEB and LECO (Net Metering, Net Accounting, Net Plus).

• ​Site Execution: Oversee physical installations, commissioning, and enforce strict safety/LOTO protocols on-site.

• ​O&M Leadership: Manage nationwide solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and track plant telemetry (Huawei, SMA, iSolarCloud).

📋 REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: 3-5 Years

• Education: BSc/BEng in Electrical Engineering (UGC-recognized) and Associate Membership with IESL.

• ​Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in solar PV engineering, grid integration, or power systems.

• ​Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of PUCSL regulatory guidelines and Sri Lankan grid dynamics.

• ​Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical, PVsyst, and various remote solar monitoring platforms.

• ​Attributes: Willingness to travel to remote sites and handle high-pressure commissioning deadlines.
